If you don’t like anything in their agreement tell them you want the offending item removed, if they won’t remove it then seek out an agent who will.

Get them to sign your agreement first (see below) with the date and time of signature. If they ask you to sign their agreement make sure it is acceptable to you, dated and the time of signature noted so any party can see that your agreement came first.

Make sure there is nothing in their agreement which attempts to take precedence over your agreement which you had them sign first; preferably don’t sign any agreement with them.
